Task: Evaluate an area of Crate & Barrel's business that could be improved and deliver a presentation of proposed changes to retail and corporate executives as the culmination of a Marketing & Retail internship with the company.
Solution: My project involved remarketing and redesigning the company's Wedding Registry program to encompass a wider customer range, such as graduates, retirees, etc. Implementing this change would yield a number of benefits, like building more long-term customers and strengthening Crate's reputation as a company that accommodates a variety of customer needs. Included here are sample images the company could use if they decide to rebrand the registry program.
